A blog that attempts to provide you with useful examples and tips that could make a large positive ecological impact, although they are seemingly minor, quick and easy changes to your daily routine.

Welcome to Ecotipsforlife.com

Ecology: meaning "study of house or living relations"

What is EcoTipsForLife.com not?
Ecotipsforlife.com is not a save the planet type website. I think we can be fairly certain the planet will save and balance itself out with or without our intervention and/or meddling.

We as a human species? Not so certain. We might or might not survive our planet's balancing act. We must find our own balance, awareness and a way to co-exists with the planet in order to survive.

Ok, what is EcoTipsForLife.com then?
EcoTipsForLife.com is a simple blog with the intent to show you that you can make a large impact by making simple changes that could even save you time in your daily routine. Browse the site and see for yourself.

TwitPic on Twitter: The garden Part Deux

May 4th, 2009 Thomas (Ecotipsforlife.com Admin)

In Tip #18 I stated how much fun it is to have your own stuff growing.

To share the fun we’re having with growing our own stuff (however puny the resulting vegetables may turn out to be…) I’ll be posting pictures regularly of our own backyard/patio garden to the ecotipsforlife twitter page.

It’ll include pictures of stuff we have grown an harvest recently and photo’s of stuff we are currently growing or have just planted and following it along the way. This way we can share a little of the experience with you.

Check the twitter page regularly to view updated pics.

UPDATE: Also if anybody has any growing tips for central/southern florida, please feel free to send them.
