<p>My local utilities (KUA | <a title="kua.com" href="http://kua.com">kua.com</a>) for instance has a free energy audit program and several incentives regarding adding insulation, proper A/C maintenance, LED lightbulb rebates, etc</p>
<p>Be sure to check with you utilities provider to see if they have similar programs available.</p>
